A Review of Apple's iPhone 4

By Tammy Yale

Since the first time the iPhone hit the market in 2007, Apple has been constantly upgrading its technology and providing more stylish phones. The iPhone 4 is the latest model. It has a noticeable amount of enhancements from the previous phones and enough apps and features to entertain the average person all day long. In fact, for some people, it's too much of a diversion.

When I first looked at the original Apple Iphone, there were not many apps available for it. That certainly has changed! Now there are mobile phone spying applications plus a ton of additional valuable apps!

While many people love their iPhone 4, it's clearly not a device for everybody. The iPhone had its original purpose, but it does more that answer and receive phone calls. Have the internet at your finger tips by getting an iPhone. Getting an iPhone is a great way to multitask.

The iPhone 4 gives you the chance to multitask. This is something relevant considering how many functions you can perform on this phone. When you double-click the Start button, you'll see how many applications are running. You can then select the application that you want to focus on and minimize the others. This is the same way that you work on a computer. But, now this can be done with your phone too. For instance, you have the choice to run other apps while you utilize one app such as Skype to have online voice phone calls. Or, if you're using GPS while you're driving, you can still be doing other things on your phone, like listening to music. Multitasking is one of the wonderful features that allows the iPhone 4 to be very easy to use.

This lets you change the videos you create right on your phone. Not being able to hold it steady is the one limitation of creating a video on any king of phone. If you buy an accessory called the Steadicam Smoothee, you can produce very professional looking videos from your iPhone. This is because this accessory doubles as a tripod and video stabilizer. This is not inexpensive. But if you truly want to make videos by using your iPhone 4, then this might be worth the higher price to you.

If you're a reader, you'll appreciate the way the iPhone 4 allows you to read books. Once you have downloaded a book, you can read it right on your phone. Even though you might think it would be difficult, with the sharp text and color, it is pretty easy to read using the iPhone. If you want to see the bestseller list, read reviews and find samples from books, use Apple's own bookstore, iBooks. If you want even more access to books, download the Kindle app, which allows you to get all the books in that format. Your book collection can also be synced with the iPod and iPad. Whether you decide to buy an iPhone 4 actually relies on how impressed you are with what the phone has to offer. If you like the ability to get music and other content from iTunes, take photos and videos and play games, you will like the iPhone 4. We've only had room to look at a few of its many capabilities. but, if you are a lightweight when it comes to using a phone, then you might discover that the iPhone 4 is more than you can handle.
