The use of signature capture is helpful in companies. This can save up a lot of time which can make you more productive by using the time saved on other company related activities. With this technology, the physical presence of person to sign a document is not needed therefore it can save up energy that can be put on other things. This technology is also helpful in terms of your company's identity and security.
